The Shutoral forces, having seen the superiority of the NS465 Neuspotter as a scout, attempted to use it for surprise attacks. A modified Neuspotter mounting six semi-homing missile launchers, an advanced scouting radar, and a large jamming plate was mass-produced. Many other variations were tried and some were produced, including the FNS465B-U2 with four large launchers, and the FNS465B-U3 with eight Neupanzerfausts.
