Image copyright by Kow Yokoyama. The Neptune submarine is a Mercenary special ops vehicle; designed to insert up to 20 AFS Trydent I and SAFS Trydent II into enemy controlled lands. Life support is supplied by the mother ship to the suits and is disconnected prior to deployment. This allows for extended operational range when carrying Trydent suits as the suits themselves have limited life support.
